Hmmm yeah. Windows in a VM? Windows programs "sandboxed"? Will we have to buy Windows too, or is it a "Wine" kind of ****? A lot of cool concepts there just throwned around without any indication of them being coherent with each other...

... for the ludicrous price of 79.95 paper money!

Yeah.

According to the post on TDWTF I got this from, they're apparently bundling an XP image with the download (which I am sure is something MS will really like).

If you know how to use a pc then you could download one of hundreds of great free Linux operating systems. But you'll need to Know exactly what code tweaks & software are required, how to build a virtual machine, how to make it look cool, what music and windows media codec files and programs you need to download and configure. It can be a challenging and long process for most non techies.

Nice to see that old canard's still doing the rounds.

"100% immunity to malware", huh? I wonder how much time it'll take for hackers to call BS on that one...

This is clearly a troll, who makes it a scam for those stupid enough to look under the bridge. Move on.

Re: This has got to be a scam
I think we can, in this thread, trust ourselves not to buy it; so really, we might as well mock it.

I also propose Hoover's Other Law: a distro that makes sure to show off Compiz in a majority of its desktop screenshots is not to be trusted.

simple, as soon as the os starts, it shuts itself down.

simple, as soon as the os starts, it shuts itself down.

Seems overly complicated.  Far more likely it just doesn't start - or do anything worthwhile - at all.
