It's a university in Nigeria.  We should probably be glad he didn't ask for a paltry transfer of $400 to help publish his findings on the Internet so we can read that stupidity in full.

Furthermore, it would appear that this asshat just generally fails at science - nevermind literacy - anyway.

And now his works have earned him the respect in the world of science. If this piece is any indication, it may well be a long time before any graduate of certain African universities earns a Nobel Prize in science, too.  Holy ****.

Well, at least the Soviet space program actually succeeded. Say what you will about their moon rocket, but the Soyuz is a hallmark of reliability. A Nigerian Space Program, on the other hand... I think that if you gave KSP to my little brother, his track record would be better than what they can hope for with "scientists" like that.

Of course it did. Along with NASA, they were the first major agencies that successfully built their own manned rockets because they had the help of former scientists that worked for the third Reich; whether they like the servitude or not.

Nigeria might get said knowledge if internet scams were more focused on the right people because it makes great blackmail.
