So, not sure how relevant this will be to you but...
The main thing that keeps me away from here is my full-time job, which is as a high school mathematics teacher. (As it happens, I'm moving to a new school this year after 6 years teaching at my alma mater. I'm going to be a "head teacher", responsible for leading 23 other teachers - fun for the whole family!) Anyhow, to help my students, about a year ago I started shooting videos of all my lessons and putting them online. Here, have some links:

Channel trailer (If you're in a hurry - it's 41 seconds long. Warning, you're going to see my face and hear my face if you click. Turn away now if you don't want to spoil the magic.)

Main site with categorised playlists
Twitter, Facebook

Yeah okay, that's about enough I think. The main course I teach is Higher School Certificate (HSC) Mathematics Extension 1. For US folks, that's kind of like Precalculus and AP Calculus BC rolled into one.

I also have some technology videos on there too (from the times when I've taught computing subjects) - stuff on database systems, decision support systems and various other stuff. You can even get some guitar lessons while you're at it...

Anyhow, I figured this might be useful to some of you (or maybe if you know some people in high school, you can pass the word along). :)

Never too old to learn, I've subbed to you and will see if your videos will prove relevant and educational for my own purposes down the line.
I'm all about getting the most out of games, so whenever I discover something very strange or push the limits, I upload them here:

I would encourage everyone to take this warning seriously.  When all I could see was the forum profile, I thought of Setekh as some kind of Bond villain -- the author of all the HLP graphics, the guy with by far the most posts of everyone on the boards, the pilot who played every single campaign on Insane difficulty.

That was very hard to reconcile with the first YouTube video of him I saw a couple years ago.  You have no idea how utterly weird it is for an American to see an Asian speaking with an Australian accent. :p  It was kind of like watching this deleted scene from Terminator 3:

Heh, I've known what you looked like since you posted pictures of yourself holding your first child :)

These are useful links for me, since I'm looking at getting into teaching in the UK, so it's handy to watch people who have done it for a while to get ideas on how to approach it.

Hence my warning. ;) It's really kind of bizarre, because (for obvious reasons) those attributes have always been unified to me - i.e. in my mind, there is no dissonance between the graphics work, the crazy posting habits, the penchant for high difficulties and my appearance/sound - but I guess we create something in our mind's eye and after a while it becomes very real!

These are useful links for me, since I'm looking at getting into teaching in the UK, so it's handy to watch people who have done it for a while to get ideas on how to approach it.

The more I teach, the more I love it! If you do get into it, best of luck Flip - it's really difficult work, but enormously rewarding.

Thanks Bob, I originally just put it up to help out my classes... but 1600+ subscribers and 150K views later, it seems like this stuff is actually helpful to a far wider audience than I'd originally anticipated. Hence me thinking it might be worthwhile to post here. :)
