Crazy pilots crashing
Hi.

I want to ask if someone know how to avoid or at least minimize the crazy behavior of the pilots.
While playing i saw many times that the fighters crashes with the capital ships and big surfaces, looks like they don´t knows
that there are a solid surface in front.
There are anyway to tell the pilots wich is the surface to avoid ?

May be i´m doing something wrong ?, or may be the big models needs more paths ?

Thanks.

Re: Crazy pilots crashing
That sounds like a well-known AI issue/limitation in the code.  The AI just doesn't know how not to run into stuff, and (assuming the SCP haven't accidentally made it worse recently) fixing it would require changes to the AI code, which is a reasonably difficult job.

Ok, thanks a lot for the explanation, i supposed to be something like that but i could not find anything about that.

If someone knows a trick to avoid this, is welcome  :)

I want to try using some SEXP or other tricks, but looks a hard job   :banghead:

I recently played BP and for some reason i didn't meet that problem. Is it possible that Fury's AI (or other AI mod) fixed it?
