After the first cutscene (with the ships jumping to Sol) I get a CTD with this error message:

Although I do suspect a distinct lack of mediavps.

It seems you're missing a bunch of mediavps files. While most of them are optional, you absolutely MUST have mv_root.vp. Please download and install it.

Where can I download those? I have the 2014 media VPs, but I don't see the 'root' file, even though they work just fine with Vanilla FS2.

Thanks for the help. I thought the installer would have downloaded them, but I didn't see them in the files.
