I recently downloaded Moray, and with came this neat little plugin for POV, it adds very pretty looking lens flare, look at this. (Inspired by Thorn)

The lines are too solid... and its just using a circular gradient... I really dont like it much...

It's nothing too special I'm afraid, but you're right in one thing, it is quite pretty

There's an image in your gallery, I cant remember what it's called but its description is "A planet basks in the glory of its sun". I think it's your gallery, anyway.

It worked originally, 'cos I saw it.

It used to work... not anymore.

But it of course works by right clicking properties and then copying and pasting the address to address bar.

It worked for me yesterday, showed up the "forbidden" pic today, and worked fine after I opened the pic in another window. Maybe having the picture actually open overrode the other pic as linked to in the actual post

Anyway, that effort is not too shabby. Though the circles sitting on that main axis seem a little too uniform - shouldn't they be bigger the closer you get to the source of the flare? But you said you recently downloaded it, and I'm sure you'll be wanting to play with it further and create better and better results

I'm surprised none of you have commented on the starfield, the way the stars get darker, the further they are from teh light source, but never mind.

BTW, it's working for me now!
