Yeah. Lots of people- but still, most of those are inactive accounts. Few forums get 1000 active members, and they suck completely as a rule. And at any rate, everyone's consolidated into the two big forums. There's still a decent-sized community for a game like FreeSpace, but it's not a growiung community by any stretch of the imagination. Loss of the corporate forum tends to do that, since then there's no real way for newbies to get informed of the other game communities. Need I take out the hand puppets to demonstrate online community dynamics? Just observe around you.
