Under preferences, accessablity.  Hold the right mouse button and shift left to go back a page, right to go forward, and the wheel to change windows (as long as there are no scroll bars).

Of course, if you have something like a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer you can use the thumb buttons to move back and forward, much less irritating than the stupid mouse gestures

I'm on Opera now. Five minutes into use, and I already prefer it to anything else. w00t!

A couple of things about Opera: Press F12 and select "Identify as Opera" from the Quick Preferences menu. Don't want any sites getting the wrong idea now, do we?

Second, if you have your Windows taskbar set to "auto hide" having the Opera taskbar at the default bottom location gets extremely irritating. That put me off Opera (I didn't know you could change it's location at the time, I only found out you could by accident) for ages because I was always causing my Windows taskbar to pop up over the Opera one. Right click a blank spot on the toolbar and select "Top"

Thirdly, go into the Preferences (Alt-P) and under History and Cache, make sure that it always checks for modified documents otherwise you'll have to hard refresh things like forums pages after you make a reply because it'll reload the cached copy instead of download the updated one automatically.

I think thats pretty much it for now...

I still prefer Mozilla. It can be a bit sluggish at times, but that's pretty much because it isn't integrated into Windows on the same level that IE is.

Opera, fast, reliable... and I need to get the latest patch... (it's that stable I even forget to do that)

The only problems I have with Opera are poorly designed pages, but I don't think any browser can fix that.

Neither is Opera and thats still faster than Mozilla
