Shivan Installations?

Has anyone designed one? cause i need a HUGE one for my campaign for FS1 for use as a staging area for the shivan incursions.  Typical shivan design, I'd like spikes, but i dont want a sea urchin. Also internal tunnels and a few other things.  I'm thinking around 4 km for the scale?  Can this be done?
