Well, this started out as a totally orignal model, then I moved the engines onto the 4 wings instead of on the middle, and it pretty much became a Starfury.  ho-hum.

Good comparison between detail levels / res on my and  's textures in this one - I'm quite happy about the look.

The original GTF Claymore was a highly efficient light interceptor, introduced in the months after Capellas' destruction.  It's cheapness to manufacture made it a key weapon in countering the early border rebellions.  The Mark 2 is not it's successor, but a complement, serving in a new role.  Based around the originals' composite polymer-fibre hull, but with an improved powerplant, the Claymore Mk.2 is a highly effective heavy Assualt fighter, complementing the Erinyes in key battles, and very effective against enemy fighters

Roughly Equivalent to the Erinyes, but a bit tougher and a bit faster.  Very fast afterburners, which burn out and recharge quickly.

(NB:  Claymore Mk.1; )

This is the last new ship for Episode 1 of Reciprocity, so hopefully mission work can start soon.

I prefer the Mk1 (I always prefer the first of a series, that's not even funny after a while   ), but it's still a great model
the mapping is cool, too.
SCREW CANON!
