OK... carrying on on from the thread suggesting a second monitor with instument readouts and stuff, would it be at all possible to have a second player using a second computer to be a co-pilot?

You'd have one dude sat up front flying and shooting, but the guy in the back seat would be free to look around, and he'd be responsible for ECM and gubbinz like that. You could maybe have him running the turrets as well

and if the with the good AI from another one of your topics is there you can have single missions with you in the back seat...

you would need a virtual cockpit, right, to do it properly (and for max fun)

flicking switches, I want vitual cockpit mouse control so I can manualy flip switches!!!! (I loved that in some flight sims)
