Do you want to deliver this fade animation to a web page? A video file? A stand-alone executable? What?

Your question is like asking, "I want to attach two things together. How do I do it?"

Why?  from what i know SwIsH is like coffeecup firestarter... it saves to SWF format, but with a very easy to learn interface, right?

cause in Swish he'd get the very same thing, at best...

True, but regardless whether he wants it for a webpage, video file, or standalone executable... Flash can export to all three formats :D ;)

Precisely. It's much weaker, but for things like text effects - where it's simply a pain to script every single letter if they're to do slightly different things - Swish does it all for you. And it's not like Swish would generate something sub-standard to Flash, it generates exactly the same thing (much cheaper, too).
