A friend of mine happened to direct me to the site www.*****makemeasandwich.com, which is a rather pointless yet somehow entertaining site. Anyway, I decided to put the main phrase on the site through Babelfish to Italian and back (though apparently the algorithm has changed since then), and I get this:

I personally found this oblique reference to HLP rather amusing.
