[Mad Bomber]

Well, I have been bored, so I wanted to give out some ship ideas I had, that I'm not using in the Eden Project. Pics will follow tomorrow. Feel free to use any of these ideas yourself, just be sure to mention who thought it up  


GTFR Iacchos -- A freighter that carries TAC1 cargo. Can defend itself fairly well for a freighter.

GTGs Iacchos -- Variant of the Iacchos freighter. In this case the TAC1 carries a large bulky reactor, used to power 2 LTerslash beams on the ship. (Beams are locked by SEXP if the cargo goes boom)

GVF Naunet -- A new Vasudan interceptor, loosely based on the Serapis design. This is superior to the Horus in most respects, but its missile capacity isn't as good, and its afterburner is less efficient (burns fuel faster). But with 5 guns, a stronger shield and hull, a cruising speed of 90m/s, and an afterburner speed of 160m/s, this thing will own.

GVB Tefnut -- A Vasudan bomber designed to replace the Bakha (which was first made in the '40s). This keeps almost as much speed and maneuverability, while having a tougher hull and shields, and more bomb capacity. The real selling point of the Tefnut, though, is a rear-mounted AAAf beam turret. Great for warding off those pesky SF Dragons. The Tefnut is used often for quick strike bombing, or to clear out hordes of enemy fighters using Piranha bombs. (After all, Vasudans wuv Fishes  )

GVF Nenket -- Large bulky Vasudan fighter. 8 guns (4,4), 3 secondaries (60,60,80). The Nenket is slow and very hard to steer. Its power is undeniable though. It sometimes doubles as a medium bomber, since it can mount Cyclops and Piranha bombs. But mostly it is there to soak up damage and dish out lots of it too. Very good weapon compatibility.

GVD Buto -- (Note: I am naming a Typhon-class destroyer the GVD Buto, in WoF.) This is a good new destroyer. With a lot of anticap power, and a good deal of antifighter power as well, the Buto class is l33t. Not quite as good as that big space Hoover, but it's a cheaper design. You might notice a resemblance between the front part of the Buto, and the GVF Heptu.  

GTCv Clotho -- Deimos on steroids. Not much else to say.

GTCa Achilles -- Carrier. Unlike many other carrier designs I've seen, this one can defend itself fairly well. The fighterbays on each side are taken directly from the GTD Orion (save time and money with prefab subassemblies!  ). This is symmetrical btw. Oh and it is fairly even with most Terran destroyers in a duel, aside from the Hades Mk2  

GVDs Khepri -- About the size of a Sobek, but with a fighterbay capable of holding 2 wings of fighters and a bomber wing. (3 ships per wing)

Oops, i forgot!

TDD Warrior -- Triton Dynamics manufactures this type of destroyer. This is inferior to military destroyers, but is legal for licensed civilians to own (i.e. anyone rich enough can buy this). It has substandard weaponry though, and the top of the ship has no anticap. The ship also has several blind spots.

GTI Eurus -- (Taken out of the Eden Project) This is basically the midsection of the Leviathan/Fenris, with a couple turrets added onto it. Used often as a sentry station, or to protect Mjolnirs. The reason I put this in is because of the GTC Peleus class, which uses the "head" and engine subassemblies from the Fenris/Leviathan, but has a new midsection. The old Fenris midsections wouldnt be wasted, this way  


And just in case you didn't catch what i said earlier, i am not using these ideas. Anyone can use them if they want, just be sure to credit me with thinking them up.
