Get Milkshape 3D and 3DExplorer! (ones $30 the other is $250, ah mabye not - unless your the type to do that 'illegal' stuff)

MS3D was made for HL but exporting to (lightwave) .obj means it can be converted to .COB with textures cords and diffrent groups seperatly. milkshape.com

You can buy TS3.1 for about $100 right now, it's even legal  

Check that, seems you can get TS4(!) for about $100, if you make tracks to here RIGHT NOW!!!

TS4 is (from what I've heard) THE best version of TS to own...  shame I don't have the $$$ or I'd buy it too
