The Babylon Project has chosen not to use SCP feature rich exe's for the release 2.0 (but will probably shift to them in 2.1 no so long after).  Myself and Kazan are setting up how the mod is installed and we do want to use the new mod option in 2.0, is there any possiblilty of having an exe with just this feature which is 100% stable?

Can this be done for a fred exe as well ?
