........while playing with 3D blue-print making in MAX5, so I fired up Photoshop and made some GTA/GTVA file-paper. For when you absolutely, positively have to get so involved in the FS universe that your RL collapses around your ears in a whirlwind of insults and thrown vases.

The name varies, but I've seen the MAX equivalent before, and mine's NaturalMedia ThinkFish, which you've naturally never heard of, because, like all good RDS-related companies, it's gone now.

MAX5 has that kinda stuff built-in. You can select an Ink 'n Paint material and set all the stuff to give varied effects.
