4 and 5 are from FS2 :P
8 is from Age of Empires 2 I think, don't know any of the others, although 1 sounds sort of like some RPGs battle music

Track 8 is the Hong Kong level from Deus Ex. I recognise 6, its a game i have, but can't quite identify it.

Clue: one of the game's actors is one Tom Clarke-Hill, the same man who does the voice of Tony the Tiger.
