Yes I can explain why.
With the old tester list, every time someone wanted to send a group email, a good 5 or 6 of the emails on the list were not operational anymore... so when i (or anyone else) sent the email, it said "We're sorry, this address *whatever* does not exist"... what i didn't know (i guess it does) is that even though it says that, it sends to everyone else anyway. when i remove the email address from "TO:" (the one that doesn't work), and try sending it again, usually there's another one that doens't work, so i remove one and send again, etc. etc. etc. eventually i remove all "dead" email addresses, and it goes through

Anyway, with the new and updated tester list, all emails work and are up to date, so everything should go through fine now
anyone sending mail to the testers, please be sure you only click "send" once though
