I was replaying the original FS2 campaign via SCP to see how it looks. I liked the looks of the shinemaps, they made even the Orion look good. Anyway, I got to the mission where you get transferred to the 107th and then it crashed saying it was "Out of memory". I looked at the task manager and the page file usage was at 1.13 GB. My specs are below, has anyone else had this?

2.4 GHz P4
384 MB DDR RAM
30 GB HDD (15 GB free)
Windows XP Pro
mobility Radeon 7500 16 MB (yes, it's a laptop)
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

FS2 crashed out totally. What was wierd was that the Page File usage was 1.13 GB, even though I was not running anything else I normally run in the background. What is stranger still was that it never did that again.
