Does anyone know how to get a site to launch in a new window (with prespecified size) without the navbar?  Comments and suggestions are much appreciated.

 
nice site, a tadd small, but nice.

and you might want to put that on swooh, cause IIRC even Thunder got into some troubles for hosting his personal site here.
