I'd like to introduce my newest project, Espyder CMS. basically this system provides a website in a box for users who dont wish to dally around with programming language.
You have complete control over CSS and Styles via an administration center which includes other options such as members bio, league and ladder system, donations area with treasury administration, news admin, server news admin, Server info with serverspy.net plugin, shoutbox, survey/poll system, links editor, right and left menu editor including CSS options for both, downloads admin area, and a ton more features any clan/organization would need to run a succesful and updates website.
All includes all the admin trimmings, search features and other options you would think shld be part of a system like this such as creating news or download categories, editing the shoutbox .dat file from spammers, even send out a mass email to your members.
How is this all administrated you ask?
Simple form fields is the answer. if you know how to fill out forms then you can set up the sites styles and CSS and other admin options easily. Dont know HTML? NP, wi have buttons to generate HTML code for you.
Only thing this thing wont do for you is make images and graphics. However we have a solution which is in the works. We are building a bunch of templates for this system so you can choose from our or modify it to your own look.
This project supports addons, since its programmed in PHP you can add any PHP script to this site easily, and mod it to intermingle with the rest of the site to make it work together.
I invite anyone and everyone to help with this, or just help with the beta test.
Doesnt Nuke do this already?
Yes it does but on a much smaller scale and with much more diluted PHP programming making for a slow system. My system runs atleast 50% faster then Nuke, 80% easier to style then nuke and apply themes, also 100% easier to make your site layout anyway you like easily without editing 20 TPL or related files! Nuke is a CMS system, and thats all it does. Eweb is provided to the clan and gaming community, with specific options made for them such as serverspy.net pluging, over 100 ribbons with 7 different sections of ribbons all administrated in the bio and ribbon admin area.
Also each user can be restricted up to 6 different levels, including a group admin so you can asign titles to members and they will have access to those pages they are titled to!
Thanks for any support, i hope this solution helps many people who arent interested in building dynamic websites but are interested in developing graphics and keeping content up to date. hopefully this content management system does this for you and then some.
