FileZilla or LeechFTP. Leech is nice but it's development has been stopped. I use FlieZilla now and so far it's been ok.

for some reason, IE doesn't work anymore on my system ( that's why I use mozilla ).

Or you could go get PuTTyFTP, that's fairly nice.

And whoever said windows' ftp.exe, i'll bet they've never used it, because it's a pain.
