Time to spam the forums with this - fleetwars is now recruiting new staff to help it grow back from nothingness. Most likely some things will change as development continues, including the name itself (we're still working out on a new one).

First priority actually is the name change itself. Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated, so give us new names that sound just as good! Do it and I'll give ya a cookie ;)

With the recent advances in SCP and the important advent of multiplayer in FSO, you can now kick @ss in multiplayer and in style!

The forums are located over here where you can find the details of the game itself. Right now we need a lot of staff, but staff are almost useless without players and testers - so if your willing to be a multiplayer test victim, then please do sign up :)

(actually...sign up NOW damnit!! SIGN UP NOW!!! MWHAHAhahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!)

errr......just join up :D

Also, if you're to lasy to help with testing, coding (PHP or C) or thinking up usefull stuff, think up that new name for us, ok?

Sorry, I've uninstalled FS after having played and modded it about a thousand times. I'm gonna let it rest for another few months and then try out all the new stuff thats been created :D

well,  if playing is impossible, what about hosting a  standalone server on that uber T3 of yours?

As I've said more then once (maybe not to you) this server belongs to TCO's work. If we start hosting games on it, his boss won't be too happy about it. Sorry, but as long as we don't own the connection ourselves we can't host servers. :(

I'm not that stoned.

Besides, I don't have root on the PB servers, so I physically couldn't setup a gameserver.
