DatDB is looking for a new project leader

Hello, everyone. Due to several Real Life concerns, I have decided to lay down the reins to the Devil and the Deep Blue campaign project. However, considering the effort and time that has been put into DatDB, it would be a shame for the campaign to fade to nothingness.

I have discussed this with my staffers and they are willing to continue the campaign if a suitable campaign scripter and project leader can be found.

Furthermore, while I can't devote as much time as I would like to running the DatDB project, I CAN remain nearby as a consultant to the vision I had in creating the DatDB story. Whoever volunteers to take charge of DatDB will have access to my script outline and all other campaign information relevant to DatDB. Modding files will be available from my staffers upon their permission.

If no one deigns to volunteer to lead DatDB, then, regretably, the DatDB campaign will be dead.

I await your response.

I can't help alas, I'm too tied up with TI etc, but I'll post this and bump the topic, cos it'd be terrible to see this go down in flames :(

no go for me.

i am doing what i can just to keep FSCZ in the air, and there is no way i can sell taking on another project to my staffers. Once FSCZ is fully working (about the time DMF comes out), i might be able to pitch in as manager, but right now, no.

Wow, three responses in less than 20 minutes. There's more enthusiasm here than I thought there would be. :)

If people want to get involved but have to finish other projects first, then I'll do what I can to keep DatDB in the air until a new project leader emerges.

Flipside is right, it would be a shame for this project to die. I'd rather see it done, even if I'm not the one to lead it.

But I'll be on standby to help the new Project leader whenever he needs my consulting advice. :)
