Well, the good news is that all of these model and table repairs, seem to have solved the problem with the Diablo mission. The arrival of the SOC fighters did not result in the crash of the game. I played all the way though the mission, completed all the objectives, but as I entered subspace, I fell prey to what is rapidly becoming the most irritating bug of SCP... CTD On Mission Termination, or what I now call COMT for short... or "Aw CRAP!". This would appear to be an SCP issue that has been around since about February. It is posted in mantis, by Goober as bug 165, but its getting far less attention than I think it should.
Woo, I'll PM you with the patch details so it can be added to the Inferno Archives... if that's OK with the team. As for the SCP problem, I'm gonna post a thread there in a few minutes. Before anyone suggests it, I can't tell what the problem is by running a debug build, because no debug build has ever gotten beyond the lobby without crashing on me.
