Hi there,

I have a new model, which can be loaded without any problems
in Modelview and PCS, and it also is fully functional in FRED and even
works ingame without problems.

But Aurora refuses to load the model, no matter what I do. No matter
if textures are around or not, all I got after loading (besided texture-errors
when I let them beside) is this outline-diamond in the display.

But there is no model, and nothing from the pof loaded (i.e. turrets,
subsystems etc.).

Anyone has a idea, what the problem could be ? I need Aurora for
path-editing, nothing else.

I get that often. I think it has to do with poly count.

Hm, model has around 7000 polys. 3000  when I left the lod's beside.

Could this really be the problem ? If so, I will create a fake-model in
order to make aurora open it.
