The only details I can/will make public right now is that I would like to have permission to use some mods (post-Capella, not sure how many years). As I've only given thoughts to some moments of a potentially HUGE project (FRED-wise, at any rate), I can't give any specific requirement. I'll deal with the music myself - there MUST be a music-mod!
If I am to have any element of surprise (if it's that kind of mod), I wouldn't mind to see information or a URL sent through PM. If some other mods (Reciprocity?) are officially available, do remind me of their existence.
