Ok so I made a squad logo and I cant get it to show up on my ships. Its a .pcx file like all the others. Cant figure out whats wrong.......help?

Easy, it needs to be of 256 colors

Do you have Infranview?

http://www.irfanview.com/ - Best picture viewer there is. Does a pretty good job of converting them too. That said Bright is the best overall converter.

What about when using the SCP ? Would it then be possible to use 128x128x32 Pics?

If you use TGA or JPG possibly.

Definately not with PCX though.

(also) Is it a V model? Most custom models don't have insignia support.
