To carry over the weapons loadout (ie. number of missiles remaining) between non Red alert missions? ?I can carry over hull strength with Campaign persistent variables, but I can't figure out a way to do it with missile numbers. If there's no way I can fudge it I guess, but I'd rather have it as close to real as possible.

Is there a set-secondary-pct sexp?  It could concievably be possible to grab the percentage and reapply it to the ship after the next mission starts.

There isn't at the moment AFAIK. There may be after Goober finishes the Team Loadout code though.
