Well, I am writing a review of FS2 for a website, and I want to mention SCP. Therefore, I ask for a small help - namely, a small summary of the most important new SCP features and improvements [really short - the review will be in Polish, so I will have to write the entire thing anyways. I just want to know where to look for materials] and screenies, or at least links to screenie threads. [before-and-after type preferably] I ask because there is so much materials that digging through all of them for the best ones would take a LONG time for only one person, and I'm working on a tight timeframe here.

Of course, credits will be given, along with a link to HLP.

So, will anyone help me with spreading the SCP goodness?

Visually, the SCP provides:

• Glow Mapping
• Spec Mapping
• Environment Mapping *
• Stencil Shadows *
• 32 bit textures
• Directional Lighting
• Enhanced Sense of Scale

Technically:

• HT&L engine upgrade
• Bugfixes from retail

Gameplay wise, we have:

• New Sexps and FRED features
• Enhanced use of weapons flags (Disruption/Corkscrew), and new weapon types (Fighter beams most notably, also tiling beams, phreaks focused cluster missiles etc.)
• Cloaking

Making use of these features and upgrades, the community has enhanced the ship models, weapon effects, backgrounds, and other ingame effects.[/list]

That's far from comprehensive, but it's basically only meant to be the most prominent features, right?[/color]

Yeah, only the most important stuff is going to be mentioned - SCP is so big that it would take many, many pages to describe it well and with details.
