Having gotten my BB connection back today, I was wondering if there were any recent non-doom3 demos that I should get?
So as through a glass, and darkly
The age long strife I see
Where I fought in many guises,
Many names, but always me.

There are only 10 types of people in the world , those that understand binary and those that don't.

its funny you should ask. Since I got my new video card a week ago, I've been downloading every demo of every cool game I missed in the past 6 months. I'm rolling in demos. So far, I've played: Farcry, Splinter Cell: Pandora (MP and SP), Rome Total War, Deus Ex 2, Prince of Persia, Call of Duty: UO, Tribes:Vengance SP demo, Dawn of War and have unsuccesfully tried to get Doom 3 and Full Spectrum Warrior to work.

so, uh, any of the above. The Tribes:Vengance multiplayer demo just came out, Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 has a recent demo, if thats your thing, and the new UT2K4 bonus-pack demo is out, with new vehicles and maps. If you're into rally games, Colin Mcrae '05 is also available.

There is no Deus Ex 2.  It's Invisible War: A Deus Ex game.  Consoles killed another good game by dumbing it down...

well, I'll tr it out nevertheless. From what I hear, the consolitis has been somwhat reduced through patches, and anyway, its all about the story.

Though I do hop they make a proper sequel, where you play as JC again, and with the PC in mind.

The Tribes: Vengeance multiplayer demo is much better than the multiplayer beta was.
