I'd like to see a PC version though, just a better port this time around.

And how would adding another... at least Half a million sales on PC, be a money pit?

Who cares, all I know is that I've played the game for about 14 hours now and I've barely even looked at the single player part. It's very very good.
What frequency are you getting? Is it noise or sweet sweet music? - Refused - Liberation Frequency.

Haven't played a FPS multiplayer in well over 9 months, and I played H2's deathmatch for 8 hours straight today. If anything I'd say the basic play dynamic has been altered in the way FS2 was to FS1.

Oh and the energy sword is a ****ing satisfying weapon to chop up enemy ass with.

Already finished the main campaign on co-op. Twice. :D The story is fantastic, quite complicated - that's why my brother and I are going through again so quickly, so we get it all. Quite involving stuff. :)

THE HARD LIGHT ARRAY. Always makes you say wow.

I have a feeling it'll be short, but if the 10 hour start-to-finish claims are true then it'll still offer more play time than most/all other FPSs, purely through Halo's rather unique virtue of replayability.

You'll need to play it through at least twice to catch all the story. The subtitles are kind of useful because a lot of what the prophets say can slip past you. But yeah, I feel it's only a little shorter than the original - but it's far more dense, the action is really tight, the story moves along rapidly, and it doesn't have that stretched out feeling that the original had when you were going back through the old sections in Two Betrayals and the Maw.

Spoiler:
Yeah Turnsky, I found there was generally more humour in the whole thing actually. Have you finished the whole thing yet? I'm most intrigued by the Gravemind, myself...

Agreed, HIG. Just a matter of time now. :p

Spoiler:
I was expecting the sudden ending too, but now the only question on my mind is: when are we going to go back and rescue Cortana?!!
