I stopped drinking in the summer. I got bored of it. Mind you, it could be something to do with the fact that the town where I live is crap, and full of chavs/neds/plebs/dickheads (delete as appropriate depending on your location
) on the weekends. Getting stabbed by some pilled-up shirt-wearing prick is not my idea of a night out...
However, I'm not averse to the odd drink with mates if the situation warrants it. I never drink more than a pint or two or a few JDCs any more - I don't like not being fully in control of myself. Haven't even done that for weeks and weeks....
As for my favourite drinks, I like: European lager (proper stuff like Stella, Kronenbourg and especially Amstel. None of that weak pissy stuff for me), Corona (a weird beer - tastes fruity. It's either Spanish or Mexican), and Long Island Iced Tea cocktails - though they're very expensive and very alcoholic, so I don't really touch 'em any more. Tasty though... Jack Daniel's and coke/pepsi/whatever is good too.
