Yes I know that.  I'm wondering why the overcompressed the cutscenes (I'm almost 80% that's the problem; the remaining 19% is thinking that the shift to 16bit mve's might've caused the videos to require more bits per frame.  The final 1% is that the motion was too great for MVE (doubt it since the FS1 mve's were motion heavy too).
