Very nice work! I love the sun effect, the lighting looks great and matches the background planet even.

Only real problem I see is the visible outlines around the shadowed parts of the fighters.

2 things...

1) the light is coming from the wrong direction on the top right fighter (its shadow is facing the sun)

2) the sun itself looks a 'bit' too much like a solid blob...  blur the edge a bit &...

Actually that's a part of the lens flare that happened to hit that area of the ship. Unfortunatly I just now noticed it after looking for the shadow since all the lights were placed were the Sun's image now is.
