I wanted you ALL to know this. I am leaving my university, and as such they will be deleting my account sometime in the near future. That means that I no longer will have webspace to host either the FS1 or FS2 movies.


Is Swooh still down?

Could be. The traffic for the movies seems to be surprisingly low actually. Lots of people don't seem to know that they're there even though we keep advertising the fact.

Where? (except in my sig, obviously) I sometimes even forget that I'm hosting it.


Personally I think that the thread I originally announced it on should have been stickied. But that doesn't matter. Maybe once new hosting is arranged we could sticky the address.


It is pretty obvious that our advertising hasn't been working, so we need to think of some other way. Unless you guys want to sound like a broken record and keep repeating yourselves. :D

None of the above. I just didn't feel like I should have been there. I can't really afford to go to any other decent university for engineering, so I have a better idea. I'm going to China to teach english. I've already got a job lined up over there, and I am currently making preparations. I'm actually going to a travel agency to send my visa application tomorrow (since the consulate is all the way in San Francisco, hell of a long walk from Portland, Oregon). I'm supposed to be there August 28.



EDIT: Looks like Matthewpapa already mirrors them, but appearently access is heavily restricted because of hacking attempts.


Looks like we'll have to wait for Swooh to come back. Hurry up guys!

I must have answered over 20 questions about the movies myself and I pimp them in the FAQ's technical section. (You can't miss it. It's the only thing in the SCP section at the moment! :D )

However is an adverb. Although is a conjunction. :p Besides, I'm not planning on teaching grammer. I'm teaching conversational english (I think anyway)

Nanjing is a fairly well dveloped city, it isn't in the countryside. I have no doubt I can get internet (I can't live without it anymore :p). I just won't have webspace anymore. I do plan on getting cable internet (I definatly can't live on dial-up anymore).

I honestly have no idea how much free time I will have. I have never done anything like this before.
