A few months ago, I thought about getting a new console, either a PS2 or an XBOX (I've got a GC already), and as there's really only one game on the PS2 that I want and can't get on the XBOX (MGS3) whilst there are quite a few games on the XBOX that are only on that system (Halo 2, Jade Empire, Crimson Skies to name a few) that I want the choice was rather simple.

Also, most multi-platform games perform the best on the XBOX, and with that the XBOX has good online capabilites unlike the other two (the GC in particular).
