Ok, I went through Adobe Premier and realized something: it's totally uesfull for anything other than what I need to get done! One of the primary things is to have some text fade in onto a scene - and Premier has no such option - only one for it to either roll in or crawl in from the side! Damnit!
Anyways, perhaps someone can help me with this: i figured another way would be to do it manually with each frame via photoshop. I've planned out hte frames properly with the text appearing and fading it at a certain % of opacity per frame, but the problem now is: how the hell do I repeat tihs over and over again for each individual frame while keeping the text in the same position and only changing the opacity? Animating a simple picture is not an option here, since each frame is different from the last, so it has to be done manually. Is it possible to duplicate hte text, with the virtually identical location (say as a layer?) into another file or something?
