The magazine is £5.99 I dont know how much it would be to send it over there but I can probably find out. As for the money could you transfer money into my bank account online? Or maybe PayPal (do they charge?). If your serious ill try and pick one up over the weekend.

 
In all fairness, the actual "article" is entirely reproduced in the screengrab above, there's nothing more in the magazine.  Do you really want to go to the bother of getting it for a quarter of a page, including the two images from the screenshot area of the website?

To my mind is hard to call that article a review... I would  say it's more like a nice commercial for the TBP which will intrigue many people and "force" them to try out TBP, which itself isn't bad afterall, is it?! :)

Reasons why I'm interested in it is because I could use it as a valid reference in APA format for papers.  If you can find an online artical, that would do just as good.  My only concern is that sometimes an online artical will eventually disappear.
