hey since i got some peeps over here to help  
i need a  place to meet all the guys that are willing to help me and  do some recording and some business talk (e.g. what should be on the  next episode etc)

I tried team speak but i get a error that says unable to connect
either the  host is offline or Team Speak is not running on the computer
or somthin like that




and what kind of video cam  and encoding codec(Real player , WMA, Quicktime)  would be best for the show?
