Missing texture for the Cain
I have run into a rather strange error. I don't know how it happened or what's wrong, but I do not see the texture for the Cain main body, only its warhead launchers, turrets and some parts of the hull. Interestingly enough, the Lilith works as it should, which is the reason I think it is rather related to some coding than my files. I am saying this because the Cain and the Lilith use the same model, with the same textures.

Some more info:
I tried two builds: 3.6.5 official release + a build released in July.
Graphical parameters: everything that improves quality, but the problem still exists when I switch all of them off

I've seen this one before. IIRC it's caused by only having one of the two VP files you need. Which media VPs do you have?

I think it's caused by having mv_models and not mv_textures, though I cannot remember offhand if that's it specifically.  If you've got both of those, then the extra maps may be in adveffects, though I would hope not.
