POF importer for 3ds max anyone?

Hey, i'm new to the forum and was wondering if there was a way i could get the freespace models into 3ds max for editing. Thanks, and i tried searching but it says i cannot search this forum.

doesnt that just export o well i guess its worth a try

It only exports. Currently the only way of importing FS2 ships into MAX is to convert them to cob and then to 3ds through a third party program.
