Technological Superiority?
I downloaded Episode 1, and I guess it's not compatible with SCP, because it's not in a VP, all the files are in separate directories.  I was gonna go through the trouble of putting it in the fs2/data directory and modding it without the launcher, but I decided I really didn't want to for only one episode if the project is dead, and won't be completed.

So my question, after all that, is this: is TS dead, or is the team still working on it?
Could we with ink the ocean fill, and were the skies of parchment made
Were every stalk on earth a quill, and every man a scribe by trade
To write the love of God above, would drain the ocean dry
Nor could the scroll contain the whole, though stretched from sky to sky!

Just because it's not a VP doesn't mean it's not SCP compatible. Dump it into a mod folder.

And to answer your question, yes, it's dead. Like, years dead.

Re: Technological Superiority?
I tried dumping it into a mod folder and it doesn't work.  Campaign simply won't show up on the selection screen.

Of course, I tried using a mod.ini file to use the mediaVPs at the same time, that coulda done it I guess...
