"Delme.bat" weard file appeaded on my C: disk del or not?
I found a weard file "Delme.bat" on my C: drive.
Is it a virus or spyware or something, can I safely delet it?

I checed it via Norton AV and ran Spybot S&D and found nothing.

Help I'm scared as ****.

If it's a batch file, you can open it with Notepad and see what it does.

I was uder pressure (I though I was under virus attack). People do many mistakes when adrenaline pump into head :)

A batch file constitutes a virus attack?
Modern viruses don't announce themselves like that. The old ones are unlikely to affect any moderately recent Windows release.

My brother once accidently made a 'virus' that created infinite 1kb files.  (or at least until the hard drive filled up)

I don't know what Kind of files though...

When I realized I sucked at programming/designing games, I spent all my programming time learning file-access stuff so I could write viruses that would fill the HD until it had 1 MB left.

Ah, the good old days.
I wonder if the Shivans eat chocolate? Or play FS2, for that matter.

I suppose one could put it that way if one so desired.
