WH40K Space Orks - How to start 600 pts properly?

Could anybody give a total beginner some advice?

I chose this because of the strange  climate of the whole race ;)...

I will need an HQ and 2 Troops choices...
I would like to include hand to hand squads backed up by some Heavy and Shooting units...

HQ - Warboss
Troops - Slugga Boyz, Stikkbommerz
Elite - Kommandos, Stormboyz, Aardboyz or Flash Gitz? Which to choose and why?
Heavy - Killer Can Squad

What do you think about it? Please help a total noob :sigh:...
