'bout the spraypaint: yes a lot of dumb kids are sniffing stuff like paint, glue, cleaner, etc. so now you have to be 18 to buy it. Of course, even back when I was 16, if I just grew a beard no one would check me for stuff like that.

same here. i'm 16, with one hell of a beard and rarely anyone asks me for a personal ID to verify my age when buying cigs or booze.... thats basically the only two things apart from porn you shouldnt be able to get legally from shops...
