Personally I would get rid of that piece in the center of the ship- the bit that sticks up and looks like it is a big missile launcher. Either do that, or make it smaller so it doesn't protrude as much (or redesign it to be more hull hugging).
Just me opinion, other than that little niggle, it's a very nice model, even if it looks like the product of an unholy alliance between a Omega and a Warlock (Taking bio-ships a bit to the extreme aren't we?
