So basically we're talking about a bunch of people who are making large amounts of money from distributing movies and TV programs but giving back nothing much of value to the artists who were involved in making them.


And then The Pirate Bay takes the result of that process and sticks it up on the internet for free download :p

OTOH, doesn't this also lend some credibility to the idea that the **AA and others' business schemes are badly thought out and are, in some sense, being rapidly phased out in the p2p age? Of course, it's not like the **AA isn't still making gobs of money at the expense of artists despite what they want the public to think.
