Has anyone else been following this story?  I'm kind of a big spinach eater myself, so it was disappointing to hear about.  At least I know now E. Coli isn't just in meat.  Thoughts?

I actually got sick from eating spinach...I think I got a mild case of the E. Coli.  But I'm better now.

That infection was...not fun.   :ick:

Bleh, I don't eat much spinach anymore.  I used to as a kid, but I just don't get in situations to eat it anymore.

spinich is best fried/boild and mixed into something else, like an omlet or pasta sauce.
